How long does it take for my listing to appear?

New listings are reviewed by our team before they go live, usually within 24 hours. You get a notification the moment a listing is approved or rejected.

How long does a listing stay online?

Listings stay active for 60 days. You get a reminder before a listing expires and can renew it from My listings.

How many photos do I need?

At least 5 photos for a house, flat, apartment or commercial unit, and at least 1 photo for land. The first photo is the main one — you can promote any photo with the star button.

Can I hide the exact address of my property?

Yes. Turn on the privacy option while creating the listing and the map will show an approximate area instead of the exact pin.

How do I contact an owner?

Open a listing and use the Call, WhatsApp or Viber buttons in the contact box. EstateMap does not sit between you and the owner.

What is the difference between a personal and a business account?

A personal account is for owners selling or renting their own property. A business account is for agencies and companies and will unlock agency features and subscriptions later.

How do I report a suspicious or sold listing?

Open the listing and use the Report button, or send us the link through the support form. We review every report.

Do I need an account to save favorites?

Accepted Answer

No. Favorites are stored on your device for visitors, and they move to your account when you sign in.

How do I delete my listing or my account?

Accepted Answer

Listings can be deleted from My listings. For account deletion, send us a request through the support form.
