Terms of service

The service

EstateMap publishes property listings entered by owners, agents and agencies. We are not a party to any sale or rental agreement and we do not act as a broker.

Accounts

You need an account to publish, and the details you give must be accurate, including a working contact phone number. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Publishing rules

Publish only properties you own or are authorised to advertise. Prices, size and location must be truthful. Photos must be of the actual property and you must hold the rights to them. A minimum number of photos applies per property type.

Duplicate listings, misleading prices, contact details in photos, and advertising unrelated services are not allowed.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of your texts and photos and grant EstateMap permission to display, resize and share them on the site and in link previews on social networks and messaging apps.

Moderation

We may edit, hide or remove listings that break these terms, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. Listings can also be reported by other users.

Liability

Listing content comes from users. We do not guarantee it is accurate, complete or still available, and we are not liable for agreements reached between users. The site is provided as-is and may be temporarily unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
